These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SnapDrama website, app, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using SnapDrama, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use SnapDrama only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

SnapDrama provides short-form drama content, browsing and search tools, personalized recommendations, account features, premium access, subscriptions, unlocks, and in-app purchase options. Certain features may change, be suspended, or be removed over time.

3. Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account or sign in through a third-party service to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. Purchases made through Google Play, Apple, or other marketplaces are processed under the billing terms of those platforms. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and refund eligibility may depend on the platform through which the purchase was made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not interfering with the app or website, bypassing security measures, reverse engineering the service except as permitted by law, violating intellectual property rights, or using automated tools in a harmful or abusive way.

6. Intellectual Property

SnapDrama, its logos, interfaces, artwork, videos, text, and software are owned by or licensed to SnapDrama and its affiliates or licensors. Your use of the service gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Recommendations, Availability, and Updates

We may personalize recommendations and promotional offers based on viewing activity and related signals. We may update, suspend, or change the service at any time to improve the experience, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.

8. Third-Party Services

SnapDrama may rely on third-party sign-in providers, payment processors, analytics services, advertising tools, or external links. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices, and your use of them may be governed separately.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is no longer legally or commercially practical.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapDrama is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete availability in every region, or that all content will remain available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SnapDrama and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
