This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data or information (“Data”) that we may collect from or about you. This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals whose Data is collected and processed by Ignia LLC (collectively referred to as "Ignia", "Snap Drama", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of and is governed by our Terms of Service. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), our products and services, including the Snap Drama app and related features, are referred to as the "Service(s)".

Snap Drama is committed to protecting the privacy of users ("you") of our Services. We prioritize the security of your personal data. This Policy describes how Ignia, as data controller (and sometimes processor when handling data from third parties), collects, uses, and manages your personal information ("Personal Information").

We encourage you to read this Policy carefully (especially sections in bold or underlined). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not register, log in, access, or use the Service, or share your Personal Information with us. If you object to certain uses of your Data as described here, we may not be able to provide full access to features (including in-app purchases or premium content), and your experience may be limited. By using the Service and consenting to this Policy, you agree to our processing of your Personal Information as outlined.

We process your Data in compliance with applicable laws, including where relevant: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended, and other relevant privacy regulations.

1. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

We collect and process Data to provide an efficient, enjoyable, and secure experience on Snap Drama. This includes creating a safe environment for short-form drama viewing, personalization, service improvement, and facilitating in-app purchases (e.g., coin top-ups, subscriptions, or unlocks). Personal data includes information directly or indirectly linked to you.

Non-personal data (e.g., aggregated usage stats) may also be collected. Note: If you share information publicly in the app (e.g., comments or profiles visible to others), it may be accessed or used by other users.

2. Data We Collect

We collect various Data for business operations (e.g., account management, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, and processing in-app purchases), including but not limited to:

Contact details: account name, email address, mobile number;

Third-party social login data (e.g., profile picture, language preference from Google, Apple, etc.);

Account and service details;

Device information: hardware model, OS/version, GAID/IDFA, settings, network config;

Usage data: region, videos watched/searched, interactions, viewing history;

Transaction and in-app purchase data: top-up/purchase history (e.g., coin packs or subscriptions), order details, transaction IDs, payment amounts/currency, subscription status (we do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment card details—these are handled securely by third-party payment processors such as Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase);

Log and technical data: IP address, browser type, device ID, access times, page views, referrals;

Cookies/trackers and similar tech data.

3. How We Collect Data

Directly from you: During registration/login, profile setup, top-ups/subscriptions, interactions, or sharing in the app.

Automatically: Logs, device info, location (region-level), usage during Service access, including purchase-related events.

From third parties: SSO platforms (Google, Apple, etc.), payment processors (for transaction confirmation only), partners (with consent), public sources, surveys/promotions.

App/website visits and features.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use Data for:

Account registration/login (email/phone or third-party SSO).

Providing search, recommendations, and personalized content (using interests, history, behavior via algorithms).

Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions: Completing top-ups (coin purchases), subscriptions (e.g., VIP for ad-free/unlimited access), displaying wallet balance, order fulfillment, and transaction history. We collect limited transaction metadata (e.g., amount, ID) to verify and record purchases; full payment processing occurs via secure third-party providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).

Delivering short dramas, on-demand viewing, and premium unlocks.

Security/operations: anomaly detection (including fraudulent purchases), logs (IP, interactions), device info for personalization and fraud prevention.

Notifications: service alerts, purchase confirmations, subscription renewals (opt-out available for non-essential).

Service improvement: surveys, updates.

Anonymous/de-identified data: for analysis and monetization (no longer personal).

Additional uses require prior consent. We may request device permissions (e.g., storage for caching/downloads). Consent exceptions apply for legal obligations, public safety, emergencies, etc.

Sensitive Personal Information

We handle sensitive data (e.g., precise location if collected, transaction details) carefully and only as necessary per this Policy.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and partners use cookies, local storage, pixels, resettable device IDs (GAID/IDFA) for essential functions (login, payments, in-app purchases), analytics, and relevant ads (with consent where required).

6. Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure of Data

We do not share/sell your Data without consent except:

With partners for essential services (e.g., payment processors like Google Play/Apple for completing in-app purchases, refunds, or dispute resolution; recommendation engines).

For service enhancement, legal compliance, fraud prevention (including purchase fraud).

In mergers/acquisitions (new entity bound by this Policy or re-consent).

As required by law (e.g., subpoenas).

Recipients are bound by NDAs and our instructions. Anonymized data may be shared freely. Cross-border transfers (e.g., to US servers) comply with GDPR/CCPA standards.

7. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Data is stored in secure facilities (including US or other countries). Retention: as needed for purposes/legal requirements (e.g., transaction records for billing disputes); deleted/anonymized when obsolete or upon service termination.

Security measures: industry-standard encryption, access controls, audits, incident response. Internet is not 100% secure—use responsibly.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Data (including transaction history where feasible). Contact us (below). We ensure accuracy based on your updates.

9. CCPA – California Residents (Where Applicable)

We collect categories like identifiers (email, device ID), internet activity (browsing/history), commercial info (purchases/top-ups/subscriptions, products considered), geo-location (region), inferences (preferences).

Disclosures: for business purposes (services, personalization, security, analytics, payment processing)—no sales or cross-context behavioral ads.

Rights: know/access, delete, correct; opt-out (none needed as no sales); non-discrimination. Requests: up to twice/year.

10. Third-Party Services and Ads

Links/third-party features (including payment processors for in-app purchases) may collect data directly. We evaluate partners. Ads may use collected info for relevance.

11. Children’s Privacy

Snap Drama is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it. Contact us if concerned.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Check for the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
